Since the industrial revolution, the rapid development of economy meet the diverse needs ofpeople.But this time the people ignored their environmental predatory exploitation and excessiveuse of resources, and the consequence is the increasing depletion of resources and environmentaldeterioration, thus various environmental problems appear one after another.People in the face ofnature’s revenge,started to reflect on this model of economic development, low carbon economyproduced in this background and got more and more people’s attention. All countries continue toexplore the development of low carbon economy and many scholars have studied the economicmodel,thus low carbon economy have got development and improvement. In recent years, peopletry to establish the evaluation index system of low carbon economy,wanted to evaluate low carboneconomic development of city with an empirical approach system.But because of the limited time,strong subjectivity method and lacking of innovation, makes it is difficult to achieve a breakthroughfrom the theoretical changing to practice.Based on this background, this paper firstly introduced the research status of low carboneconomy theory at home and abroad,summarized the meaning of low-carbon economy of somescholars in low carbon economy,and put forward myslef views on this basis.After a deep analysison the theory of low carbon economy,I builded an evaluation index system of low-carbon economydevelopment on Shandong province.The system is divided into three levels, which are target layer,criterion layer and index layer.I evaluated the low carbon economy development level in Shandongprovince using this system: according to the method of AHP index get different weights.Secondly,the data collection and collation,Again using comprehensive weighted with the different indicatorsgot six consecutive years of low carbon economic development level in Shandong province. Finally,analyzing the development of low carbon economy level trend in Shandong Province in recent yearsand putting forward the development strategy. |
