Recently, people are concentrating on the issue of initial employment. The increasingunemployment pressure makes employees disturbed, and leads to the unbalance of labor flowingamong different areas in China, which put a huge problem on the government regulation. Theresearch on region choosing of the initial employment under rational expectation could be guidancefor the government and solve the problem. The research of this thesis has two paths. One is themacroscopic research based on the theory of rational expectation with E-views6.0, by which weobtained the actual labor demand of different areas in China. Another is the microscopic researchunder AMOS17.0, by which the forming of sociological rational expectation was explained. Theinnovation of this thesis is that I present the idea that the rational expectation in initial employmentwas based on the economical rational expectation. That means the initial employees would choosethe areas which have a higher actual labor demand level. Besides, initial employees would have thesociological rational expectation and take the situation of them into consideration. The governmentshould hold these two points, balance the development of different areas and relief the pressure ofinitial employment.
