Study On Low Carbon Development Of County Economy In Guizhou Province

County has always been the basic unit of the administrative division inChina． County economy is the foundation of the whole national economy， is anew method to solve the issue of agriculture， rural areas and farmers． But alarge amount of energy resources were consumed in the development of countyeconomy， leaving the environment problems of high consumption， highemissions and high pollution， which is not conducive to long-term stable growthof county economy． To improve the economic benefit， solve the problem ofsustainable development of the county economy， low carbon economy mode isworthy of promotion． Guizhou’ county economy is large， county area is wide，the dependence on energy resources is strong． Therefore， this article selectsGuizhou province as the research object， study the issue of development of countyeconomy in-depth under the low-carbon economy．In the first chapter，firstly this paper introduced the research background andresearch value of the low carbonization development of county economy， secondexpounded the domestic and foreign research situation of the thesis and carries onthe review， and then explained the research methods and thinking of thisarticle． In the second chapter， this paper defined the concept of low carboneconomy， at the same time introduced the Environmental Kuznets Curve， theSustainable Development Theory， and the Gradient transfer theory， to providethe foundation for the issue． The third chapter analyzed the current lowcarbonization development of county economy in Guizhou． We got the states（including county） GDP， energy consumption and carbon emissions in recentyears by querying the yearbook and simple calculation， and got the relationshipbetween the three groups of data with the mathematical statistics analysis． Thefourth chapter is about the SWOT analysis in low carbon development of countyeconomy in Guizhou， namely the influencing factors about thedevelopment． Only give full play to the advantages and avoid disadvantages， make use of opportunities and face the challenges， can the county economypromote nicely and fast． Chapter5on the basis of the latest two chapters，further put forward from different angles some advice for promoting the lowcarbonization development of the county economy．The research object of this study was the county economy in Guizhou，therefore， this study always pay attention to grasp the local actual situation inGuizhou， which is also the main features of this article． This paper， based onthe statistical yearbook， office and statistical software， combined with therequirement of low carbon economy development， give full consideration to theactual situation of Guizhou county， eventually hope to improve the study ofcounty economy， promote the development of county economy， help thegovernment and service agencies in decision making and providing services such asinformation． There are two breakthroughs in the study． First is the point toanalyze the problem and to solve the problem． The mainline is a low-carboneconomy， the research question is still the common county economy， but thepromotion of county economy method is different from other studies． Second，research method is relatively rich． By using the mathematical statistics， theessay obtained the relationship between the relevant variables， quantitative，which has very strong persuasive; By using SWOT analysis， the essay surveyedrelated situation of Guizhou county deeply，analyzed the main influence factors oflow carbon development qualitatively．...
