Jilin Province is in a the rapid industrialization stage of development, industrial structure dominated by heavy industry, energy pressure and environment pressure, high energy consumption and emissions has become a major obstacle for sustainable development in Jilin Province. To deal with these two troubles, to gain the economy healthy and rapid development, to avoid serious environmental pollution, energy conservation, low‐carbon economy is the only road.In this context, under the use of low‐carbon perspective, and study on the industrial structure of Jilin Province, It multi‐objective optimization of the industrial structure of Jilin Province. Specific chapters are as follows:Chapters1and2, describes the background of the topic of this article, research content and methods, and the corresponding data sources, domestic and international low‐carbon economic theory, the theory of industrial structure and leading sectors were studied in detail and summary.Chapter3, an overview of the regional characteristics of Jilin Province, resources, economic development level and climate ecological environment on the basis of the introduction, a detailed analysis of Jilin Province in recent years, the development of industrial structure level, stage of development, industrial structure degree of rationalization, industry related degree and industrial layout, and the degree of development of low‐carbon economy from the perspective of the carbon output level, the level of carbon emissions and low‐carbon life analysis.Chapter4, the use of DEA evaluation model and its projection model and super‐efficiency evaluation model in Jilin Province from1990to2010, the industrial structure of the level of development assessment and sorting, and the use of economic, energy and low‐carbon environment three aspects input indicators and output index system, the annual industrial structure, quantitative analysis, and pointed out the pros and cons of each development, from the data given in the direction of improvement.Chapter5, the use of factor analysis, the index system is constructed from six levels of energy and low carbon environmental protection, economic efficiency, technological innovation, industry related degree, comparative advantages and development prospects, Jilin Province, the input‐output table42an industry factor rating, to provide empirical support for the choice of the leading industries in Jilin Province.Chapter6, the departure from the two goals of economic efficiency and low‐carbon environment, build a multi‐objective linear programming model, and is given according to the level of economic development in Jilin Province, development planning and low‐carbon level of the corresponding constraint, and then use optimization tool to obtain the optimal solution to meet the above conditions, Jilin Province in2015the pace of development of various industries and levels, the proportion of industrial structure and carbon emissions levels.Chapter7, of the above low‐carbon industrial structure development status for Jilin Province, empirical analysis based on reasonable reference number of the results of the optimization model, the industrial structure of Jilin Province low‐carbon development has given some policy recommendations.
