| Colleges and universities are knowledge innovative part which has moreoutput along with more input, thus we need to emphasis more on the dominantrole that colleges and universities has played in the innovative system.However, at present the university has appeared knowledge input redundancyor output of the knowledge value deficiency. This lead the knowledgeecosystem to this particular area of the college has not been fully exploited.Therefore, this paper based on the theory of Ecology and Knowledge Ecology,taking comprehensive application of systematic, management and informatics.The overall analysis of the elements that comprise university knowledgeecosystem and the influence factors on the process of value realization.Combined with the theories like life-cycle of ecology, cell division, inheritance,variation and gene exchange, then builds the theoretical model of theuniversity ecosystem knowledge, analyze the process of the value realizationof university ecosystem knowledge and builds the model, To better realize thevalue of knowledge ecosystem of and the stability of the system provides thetheory basis and practice guidance.Start from the concept of knowledge ecosystems as well as the review ofresearch status of knowledge value chain theory, Taking the technical routeand research methods to study the process of university knowledgeecosystem’s structure and value realization.Through synergic relationship among the knowledge resources,knowledge environment, technique, intellectuals and knowledge service toanalyze the university knowledge ecosystem. Based on the analysis ofelements, it build the model of the knowledge resources subsystem,intellectual subsystem, knowledge environment subsystem, technicalsubsystem; Through the interactions among them, the five subsystems linktogether to form the logic model of university knowledge ecosystem.Take the application of biotic theory of cell division, life cycle, inheritance and variation, gene exchange etc. From the quantitative change andqualitative change to realize the knowledge resources value, to applyknowledge management and service in the process of knowledge resourcesvalue, By means of five subsystems interactions of university knowledgeecosystem’s boost effect on this system, and the constrains and optimizationto each subsystems, in this way, it can realize the ecological value ofuniversity’s knowledge ecosystem; Be means of achievement process ofknowledge resource value, management value, service value and ecologyvalue to analysis the achievement process of university knowledge ecologicalvalue and build the logical model.Taking Jilin University as a typical case to analysis the universityknowledge ecosystem model, It has been confirmed the practicality andfeasibility of this thesis research, to avoid the theory and practice out of touchwith reality, It has made connection between theory and practice.
