The employment problem, is related to people’s life and the stability of thecountry’s major problem. Specifically, on the one hand, the employment issue inrelation to the people’s life level. The main source of income of the masses of thepeople is the occupation of income, so people can get plenty of equal employmentopportunity, is directly related to their living quality. On the other hand, theemployment issue is also related to the national stability and social order in anorderly and healthy development. The stability of the country needs the stability ofsocial order, one of the most basic and stable social order that people can live andwork in peace, the people live and work in peace is the core content of the masses ofthe people can obtain employment smoothly.Thus, the problem of employment is a significant problem, we can not ignorethe problem, and the employment system is an important part of the.
