Chinese traditional festivals, as a kind of important element of traditional Chinese culture, convey our national spirit. The process of development depicts a clear picture of social history. The rich content and meaning of Chinese traditional festivals provide a lively folk landscape. The development process of three thousand years of traditional Chinese festivals fully demonstrates the deep meaning of traditional Chinese culture and national spirit. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, China’s traditional culture shows great vitality. The traditional festival culture is a kind of precious cultural heritage. To carry forward the traditional festivals and cultural heritageand to give it a new cultural connotation arethe historic mission.The traditional Mid-Autumn Festival has a long history in China. During threethousand years’ development,it has already become an indispensable part of people’s life, and has already become an important carrier for the shaping and inheriting of national spirit. However, with the progress of society as well as globalization, traditional Mid-Autumn Day culture hasbeing gradually forgotten. Therefore, in order to inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese culture, reforming and making innovation of the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival to meet the needs of modern people arequite necessary.Firstly, this article explores the origin of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the status quo of development, and cultural connotationcomprehensively. Followed by the introduction of the Corporate Identity System-CIS strategy, there is a detailed analysis of the relationship between the Mid-Autumn Festival and Corporate Identity System by refining the core concept of the cultural products of the Mid-Autumn Festival, summarizing the behavior of the Mid-Autumn Festival cultural brand recognition, and designingthe Mid-Autumn Festival cultural brand visual application. Thus, the theoretical foundation for the research of the Mid-Autumn Festival cultural brand’ sglobal promotion is formed. At the same time, lessons and learningof Western festivals. such as how they narrow the distance between people to make festivals to became a kind of festive reunion for family members and friends, are carried out to benefit the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture and to promote economic development. This article also illustrates approaches of expanding the participation of festivals.This article aims to introduce new ways to make the Mid-Autumn Day culture to become increasingly colorful and needed by modern life. The branding of Mid-Autumn Festival cultural would contribute to its globalization which helps to spread the charm of the Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese traditional culture to different parts of the world.
