In The Process Of Upgrading Of Industrial Cluster In Our Country Technical Innovation And Institutional Innovation Fusion Research

As is known to all, existing certain path dependence in the development ofindustrial cluster, that is to say, due to producing the same or similar product,industry cluster can easily generate technology convergence along the same path,form the lock of technology and institution, and lead to a lot of the decline andfall of industrial cluster, so industrial cluster urgently needs its own upgrading toacquire development space. Many scholars at home and abroad respectivelymake a lot of useful research on technology innovation and institutioninnovation in the process of industrial cluster upgrading, but fusion research oftechnology innovation and institution innovation in the process of the industrialcluster upgrading is yet hardly watched. Fusion coefficient of technologyinnovation and institution innovation could provide theoretical guidance andpolicy advice for the industry cluster in the process of upgrading. On the basis ofpredecessors’ research, this article makes exploratory analysis of the industrialcluster upgrading from the fusion perspective of technology innovation andinstitution innovation.Basing on introducing the present research situation and achievements ofthe domestic and foreign about the technology innovation and institutioninnovation in industrial cluster upgrading, this article firstly takes mutualconnection and influence of technology innovation and institution innovation inthe process of industry cluster as the main line, and studies the fusionmechanism of technology innovation and institution innovation. On the basis oftheoretical analysis, the thesis constructs fusion model of technology innovationand institution innovation, the parameters of the regression function method isapplied to the research about fusion of technology innovation and institutioninnovation, sample data comes from2004-2011of16representative industrialclusters in China. Firstly, the thesis study one-way fusion from the angle ofinstitution innovation driving technology innovation and technology innovationpromoting institution innovation; secondly, the thesis calculates both mutualfusion level of technology innovation and institution innovation, and measure annual average fusion coefficient of all industrial clusters. Research shows thatthe fusion coefficient of technology innovation and system innovation is higher;the industrial cluster upgrading can be greatly promoted. Research has alsofound that industrial clusters need constantly adjusting the input of technicalinnovation or institutional innovation, and so that both achieve better fusion;research also finds that higher level of a region’s economic development can’tshow higher fusion coefficient of technology innovation and institutioninnovation of the region’s industrial clusters, the unbalanced developmentproblem is very outstanding.
