Research On Monetization Reform And Follow-up Action Of College Housing Under The Perspective Of Equity

We have entered the range of moderately developed country according to GDP per capita in China. In this special historical period, benefit demand of various benefit body should be fully respected and appropriately handled. Otherwise, our society will be unstable. College is the cradle of talented people and important base for our technological innovation. The stable development of colleges are directly related to the stability and development of national economy. As a result, benefit demand of faculty in colleges, who make up a special group in the society, deserves our attention. For a long time, people pay special attention to housing owing to traditional thought of "marry and settle down”as well as "live and work". So do the masses of faculty in colleges. In order to keep the faculty stable and assure the steady development of colleges, housing of faculty must be concerned. Under this background, rethinking our present monetization reform policy of college housing has its theoretical value and pratical meaning.This paper stands a fair perspective and uses case analysis, document analysis, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, the method of integrating theory with practice to make research on the present monetization reform policy of college housing and its effect in China. The author starts with our housing policy formulation and evolution, explores various measures we take to solve the housing problem of college faculty, comprehensively applies the theory of equity and justice as well as the theory of welfare economics to analyze its defects, and finally find out the possible follow-up action of monetization reform of college housing in China.This thesis is divided into three parts:This paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly defines and elaborates related theories of monetization reform of college housing.The second part uses the theory of equity and justice as well as the theory of welfare economics to analyze the existing problem in college housing monetization reform policy making, performing, supervising snd guaranteeing.The third part comes up with the follow-up action of monetization reform of college housing based on the second part:firstly, to improve monetization reform policy of college housing; secondly, to promote the execution of monetization reform policy of college housing; thirdly, to strengthen supervision on monetization reform of college housing:fourthly, to increase security of monetization reform of college housing.
