Local area network technology has been used for business management in tax system which has accumulated a large amount of the tax business data. Currently the database has already been stored huge amounts of data. But the historical data, is only widely used in basic queries. How to make deep use of the data, dig out help on our decision-making, provide the basis for decision making of leadership is the focus of the research subjects. Using mathematical models in the field of taxation for tax analysis can make deep use of the business number, which can be considered as a guiding role and decision-making reference value for the completion of the tax plan and task.According to the basic tax content and methods of analysis, after learning the knowledge of mathematical modeling, the paper recommends the use of mathematical statistical theory and methods, using advanced statistical tools, and historical data to establish tax analysis mathematical model. Besides the paper presents the overall guiding principle of mathematical modeling and the general process.Tax revenue trend analysis is an important part of the tax analysis, scientific revenue forecasts is the premise of the scientific tax plan. In this paper, under the guidance of general steps of modeling, after reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literature on tax revenue forecast and time series analysis, we take the revenue trend analysis of Guiyang City for example, with computer software tool SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions),using historical data to establish the time series ARIMA model,and then predict. In tax analysis platform we use.NET technology to integrate SPSS analysis mathematical model, which makes users easy to operate. Besides we show a rich and flexible diagram of the results.
