Industrial technology alliance is anorganizational mechanism in the formation mechanism of technical standards,and the specific performance is collaborative R&D, shared standards, technologysharing, risks sharing, and the distribution of income, etc. Industry technologyalliance technology standardization, not only helps to promote technicalstandards, and expand the market share, get a degree of the monopoly advantage,so as to reduce transaction costs, reduce the risks, play coordination effect, butalso greatly shorten the standards cycle, saves the massive funding research anddevelopment, improve the technology standard of general, reliability andproduction efficiency, thus have great social benefits and economic benefits.
