Study On The Development And Countermeasure Of Suger Beet Industry In Inner Mongolia

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of the main areas of sugar beet production in China,is one of the key provinces of China’s sugar industry and sugar production development planningwhich has an important position to meet the needs of our future long-term growth in sugar demand.Beet sugar industry in Inner Mongolia has an important role for promoting regional beet industrialmanagement、labor employment and increasing farmers’ incomes. However, there are still manyproblems in the sugar beet industry development process which requires exhaustive research andsome solution. Therefore, there is of important practical significance to carry out the Inner Mongoliasugar beet industry development and countermeasures、to sum up the experiences and lesson from thedevelopment of the sugar beet industry、to analyze problems and their causes、to explore the way tosolve the problem and countermeasure and to promote the scientific development of the industry.In this paper, by looking up a lot of documentary and conducting a few investigations, weelaborate the project of domestic and foreign research progress and dynamic, varying from sugar beetproduction and its layout, organization situation, sugar industry changes perspective to understand,analyze, and clear the dynamic development of the sugar beet industry in Inner Mongolia and thecurrent status. Based on the theory of industrial economics, empirical research-based, qualitative andquantitative analysis of the combination of research methods, then utilize some related statistics、accounting tools、data collection system to clarify the beet Inner Mongolia the advantage of theindustrial development of resource conditions, market environment, and explain the competitivenesssituation、the comparative advantages and economic benefits of the sugar beet production. The mainproblems and factors during the Inner Mongolia beet industry development include: lower beet yieldsand sugar content, the higher cost of sugar beet production, lacking of technological advances support,atrophy of the beet sugar production scale,beet production location advantages is weak, beet pricetrend pushed up sugar high cost, sugar technology lags behind leads losses during the process,relatively large fluctuations in the market price of sugar affectes in the stable development of thesugar industry. Discuss the path of the development strategy and intensive management of the sugarbeet industry in Inner Mongolia and in order to promote the development of the sugar beet industry inInner Mongolia, some suggestions have been put forward: enhance the capability of independentinnovation, improve the ability and level of technical support, and enhance the marketcompetitiveness of the sugar beet industry, promote beet industry development; develop theharvesting machine vigorously, and comprehensively improve the level of supporting mechanization,improve production efficiency, save manpower cost, reduce the cost of sugar production; improvesugar process equipment, enhance automatic control and management, speed up the upgrade ofindustrial technology, improve the efficiency and quality of sugar production; adjust and formulatesome policies and measures to promote industrial development at the state, local government, refinesugar enterprise and many other dimensions, promote the balanced development among the beet sugar industry chain system’s interests.
