Research On Agriculture Industry Upgrade And Guarantee Of Science And Technology In Anhui Province

Anhui is a big province of agricultural, in recent years, under the support of a series ofbenefit farming and strong farming policy, the agriculture of Anhui province has maderapid development, agriculture integrated productivity rises significantly, the farmer’sstandard of living rises evidently. The foundation of agriculture is instability, the mode ofagriculture development is extensive, the traditional agriculture manacle still exists, thewhole agriculture level is still lower, agricultural industry structure level is low, farmerincome is still lower than the national average level. The " Twelfth Five-Year Plan" is thekey period of our country develops contemporary agriculture energetically, advanceagricultural industry structural adjustment. This paper selects Anhui Province as theresearch object, using the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysismethod to analyze the Anhui province agriculture industrial upgrading and structuraladjustment from different angle, explore the Anhui province" agricultural industrialstructure adjustment and upgrade " conception and orientation, either in Anhui, or in thecomprehensive development of the mid province and others, which can be obtained thereference.This paper summarizes the meaning and characteristics of agricultural productionfirstly, according to the relevant research results summarized the five kinds of agriculturalindustrialization manage modes; and then come up with the meaning and influence factorsof the agricultural industry structure upgrading; Finally, drawing on the relevant scholarsto upgrade the industrial structure on agricultural research and reference at home andabroad to upgrade the industrial structure of agriculture in practice, summed up theregularity of the agricultural industrial structure upgrading of direction for the adjustmentof industrial structure of agriculture in our province.The third chapter to the sixth chapter is the focus of my paper.
