By conducting research and exploration on promotionstrategies to enterprise execution in the company, the purpose of this thesis sets out tosolve the problems like ways to execute, staff motivation and measures for execution,in other words, they are “control is the foundation, staff is the necessity and security isthe key.” In order to foster an overall control system for implementation of corporatestrategy, a basic framework for the strategic execution includes strategy planning andbudget, resource distribution, program advancement, performance appraisal, mediumand long-term assessment, issues and comprehensive risk management system. Whatis more, to keep staff motivated and productive is crucial to a corporate because peopleis the decisive factor in strategic execution. It is very essential to build an effectivelyexecutive team, foster leadership strength, strengthen talents construction, reformmechanism, stimulate incentives, slash overheads and improve productivity andconstruct study enterprise.
