| Tianjin is one of the four municipalities of China, and her overall level of urbanization in the forefront of the country, but there is the serious imbalance in the level of urbanization, and is a big gap between the suburbs, especially the outer suburbs County and the urban areas. Therefore, the theoretical study of urbanization on the outskirts of Tianjin (including Jinnan District, Dongli District, Beichen District, West Green, Baodi, Wuqing District, Ninghe, Jinghai County and Jixian) has a strong practical significance.The object of this thesis is a suburb of Tianjin. First of all, I sort out the existing domestic and foreign suburb theory, to define clearly the related concepts of rural, suburban and urbanization. I, used a comparative analysis of research methods, compared the status of urbanization between Tianjin and Beijing and Shanghai. At the same time, I use principal component analysis method to analysis the level of urbanization of the districts and counties in. Come to Tianjin, the level of urbanization is divided into three gradient:the city six districts is the first gradient, the Binhai New Area and around the city suburbs is the second gradient, the outer suburbs County is the third gradient. Then,by using the measurement of the correlation analysis and inter-city economic ties, I estimate the main city of Tianjin and the Binhai New Area to promote the development of the suburban economy. Finally, I combine the development of urbanization in different regions, and the varying degrees of radiation from Central urban area and Binhai New Area. I propose:the outer suburbs go to Metro-based centralized urbanization, and the ring suburbs can choose to moderate dispersed urbanization.The thesis is composed of six parts:The first part introduces research background research methodsã€ideas,and I sort out the status of the core concepts and research in the field of study. The second section describes the theory of the urbanization of the suburbs, accumulated theoretical basis for the theory. The third section describes the degree of Suburbanization of the major domestic and foreign countries. The fourth part analyzes the overall level of Tianjin urbanization and the current situation and existing problems of Tianjin suburb of urbanization. The fifth section analyzes the strong conditions foe Tianjin accelerate the suburb of urbanization. The sixth part combining the actual situation of each region of Tianjin, propose suitable for urbanization. |
