C Convention And Exhibition Center Project Management Research

Convention and exhibition industry as the emerging industries in the modern service industry, the Convention and Exhibition Center is the basis of the urban development of exhibition industry, for the promotion of foreign development and opening up, showing the city’s image to promote inter-regional trade and economic cooperation to enhance regional economic influence, and to improve society and people’s quality of life have played an important role. For developing the convention and exhibition industry in Taizhou City, the initiative of the Convention and Exhibition Center will play an important role,Project management is an important factor in the project planning, feasibility analysis, the project design, and project implementation. PM can ensure the project quality, enhance economic efficiency and make sure the smooth implementation of the project. Accuracy and scientificity of project management have a great impact on the management of projects. Advanced management system of project management, as well as business level and the level of professional standards will directly affect the quality and economic benefits of the project when the project is completed, it ensures the health of the works carried out smoothly, increase brand effectiveness, and promotes economic stability and smooth development of many aspects of its significance.This thesis is elaborated on the basis of the exhibition project management theory, analysis and diagnosis of the problems in the management of C Convention and Exhibition Center, try to find the improvements or the solutions of these problems, and then using project management tools and the proposed project management processes and frameworks of C Convention and Exhibition Center.There are five parts. First part describes the purpose and significance of the topics of, and relevant background information, and lists the methods of research papers; the second part is an overview of the exhibition industry and theoretical studies which related project management; the third part describes the basic situation of C Convention and Exhibition Centre and the current management status; the fourth part analyze the problems and reasons for the current management system of C Convention and Exhibition Center; the fifth part, design a PM plan for C Convention and Exhibition Center.
