| Prime minister Wen jiabao once mentioned properly:"The main reasons for the limited development of domestic demands is those lagging development of agricultural and the slow growth of farmers’income." It is well known that the "three issues of farmers" has been limiting seriously the economic development all the time in China. We must figure out the problem of the circulation of agricultural products instantly, because it is of absolutely importance for solving the problem of "three issues of farmers". Zhengzhou owns rather eminent resources of agriculture besides various kinds of productions, but its development is often restricted seriously by the circulation of agricultural products. To dispose of the phenomenon mentioned above effectively, we need to be utterly aware of the necessity of establishing the distribution center of the agricultural products at once.First, when researching deeply the problem of selecting the site of the distribution center, the article makes well use of the method of quantitative and qualitative, at the same time it also adopts theoretical and empirical precisely. To analyze preferably agricultural logistics strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Zhengzhou city confronting, this article not only explains agricultural logistics, distribution center, and other related theories in detail but also considers the key influence factors and the principle. What’s more, this essay is combined with the actual situation of Zhengzhou perfectly to make the theories more specific. Second, based on the studies, we establish the model and steps of location eventually. Third, the article uses the gravity method to choose the address of distribution center firstly, then to select the location more profoundly in the way of analytical hierarchy model, we can make sure the aiming address at last. Finally, it uses the model having established above to study the logistics distribution center of agricultural products in Zhengzhou. |
