China Resources Snow Breweries (China) Co, Ltd.is a manufacturer offoreign-owned enterprises to operate the beer and beverage. China Resources SnowBreweries Shandong region was established in2009. China Resources SnowBreweries Shandong region the use of literature research and field research methodsis to study the performance appraisal of the China Resources Snow BreweriesShandong region.Survey methodology used a questionnaire survey of385eployees,the surveyshowed that China Resources Snow Breweries Shandong region performanceappraisal on employee motivation, assessment, poor communication, lack offeedback mechanisms, most of the staff assessment indicatorssatisfaction,the staffdid not feel the consistency of personal goals with organizationalgoals.Overall,performance appraisal concept behind the index weight design is notscientific, and lack of communication and feedback loops, the functionaldepartments of the lack of effective assessment, employee performance appraisal.Tosolve the problems by the company, designed a set of performance evaluation indexsystem, assessment is divided into departmental assessment and staffappraisal.Assessment indicators of the company’s manufacturing productiontargets, cost targets, comprehensive goal of four two indicators of the managementobjectives. Assessment indicators of the functional departments by the goals andtasks,funcional responsibilities,the composition of the daily management of thethree indicators.Performance appraisal indicators of the production staff andfunctions of the department’s staff by job performance, ability to work, work attitude three indicators of the composition, but each with different contents.
