The significance of financial statement analysis is to provide standard and economicdecisions for investors, creditors, and managers. In stock market, a number of factors willhave effects on stock price, in fact, price goes with the value, and enterprise value will decidethe change of stock price finally. The aim of financial statements analysis is to provideinvestors and creditors with decision standard by statements analysis. Now, in domesticsecurities markets, because statements analysis has characteristic of profession andcomplexity, investors take no count of it when they invest some stocks. On the one hand, Ihope this paper can give investors and creditors something when they do some decision, onthe other hand, I want to advocate a correct and rational invest pattern.This paper is referring to Financial Statement Analysis: Theory, Framework,Methodology and Cases by Huang Shizhong, analyze the financial statement from2001to2010by Harvard analysis framework.The paper consist of seven parts, the first part mainly introduce financial statementanalysis theory and research meaning; the second part describe the research statue at homeand abroad; the third part is strategic analysis, this part include company backgroundintroduction and development strategy analysis; after decimating the company developmentstrategy, we can know the choice and use of crucial accounting policy and estimation, thefourth part mainly analyze DT Power accounting policy and estimation, including thedistinguish and analysis of accounting policy and estimation; the fifth part is the heart of thispaper, that is the company financial analysis, it mainly include vertical analysis itself,horizontal analysis with other competitor, ratio analysis, cash flow analysis and so on, by thisway, we can understand the enterprise of financial position, operating results and cash flow;on the above analysis basis, this paper give a model analysis, the aim is to assesscorporation investment value and debt paying ability in future; finally, the seventh part givesa summary, account for the problem that company is faced with and the shortage of paper.
