| This paper attempts to select the main consumption of Sichuan pickles, such as the city, District, town and township where multiple retailers exist, research for pickles sales’status questionnaire, combine the local randomly selected consumer kimchi demand investigation and get the first-hand and related data.Taking advantage of the data integrated finishing and scientific analysis, it will investigate the profit possibilities of retail link and excavated value-added space and put forward the related proposal, optimize the retail business management mode, perfect retail link margin formation mechanism.Creat greater profit space to stimulate the retailers to uptake into pickle industry enthusiasm,and improve their strong force as the main force in sales line, finally to promote Sichuan pickle industry modernization and the perfection of market system and the rapid development of economy.The paper is mainly divided into six parts, the first part is the background and the significance, and related literature review and comment. The second part is about the several theories about pickle profit, including the Sichuan pickle in detail and profit theory. The third part and the fourth part is the focus of the article, the third chapter is mainly about the territory of Sichuan pickles sales status through field survey data obtained, finishing processing and analysis, the fourth part is reseach for the profit value influence factors, through questionnaire design, data acquisition and data processing analysis, thus obtains some important conclusions, which is based for the content reference behind. The fifth part, also added some consumers’views and suggestions in Sichuan pickle consumption to comprehensive results, so as to pull out the sixth part, the aluable reference and suggestions which Sichuan pickles retail link sales badly need. |
