In the past15years, Chinese economic has been growing rapidly, customers’demand increasing quickly,because of that whole supplier chain’s demand increasing, base on Prismark’s data,the whole electronics products marketing, everyday increasing about3%-5%average.And from Flexible Printed Circuit, demand is increase every year as well. More and more global enterprises invest in China, and local brand new companies start FPC business, whole marketing’s competition is quite hot. M company started FPC plant at Zhuhai start from2005, experienced technology and good quality; we are successfully created good company value. And within hot competition,company continuous to phase in different manage concepts include quality management system,Enterprise resource planning system,environment system in order to improve operation efficiency, and increase profit and put effort on sustain development. But customer relationship management, we have not full function in system until now.CRM’s core is customers value management, satisfied different customers’ Personalized demands,keep customers loyalty, and maintain customers base. And improve enterprises ’profitabilityThesis base on customer relationship management theory,and analysis M company’s actual status,initiate FPC company’s customer relationship management solution,hope implement solution can help M company improving in sales team’s human resource management,sales revenue,customer value analysis,customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.Suggest base on M company’s existing function departments to implement CRM.With IT technology and customer oriented to re-process and design CRM system in order to keep loyal customers,attract new customers and improve company’s competitiveness.
