Currently with the economy develops very fast, PSE Corporation which is engaging in fasteners industry, facing the intense competition, so it needs to analyze the internal and outside environment of the corporation, formulates the marketing strategy which is suitable for the company.This thesis adopts the Porter’s Five Forces Model, also adopts the SWOT to analyze the advantage, weakness, chance and threats of the marketing situation that PSE is standing in, pointing out the marketing issues that exists, choosing the goal market, clarifying the marketing positioning, and figure out the strategic marketing study which is suitable for PSE.PSE company should utilize the brand and technology, develop the critical automotive fastener, and promote the current talent branded parts, meanwhile, apply the excellent customer service, to satisfy customer and increase their loyalty, thus seize the marketing opportunities, expand market shares.This study is not is not only good for increase the company’s competition advantages, but also will cause a guiding significance for other related companies in fastener industry. The most critical point is, it has reference significance for other related companies when drawing up their marketing strategies.
