| HY Company is a wholly foreign-owned pet food manufacturing enterprises. Because of the serious cross region sales issue from market, the anti-cross region sales project was initiated by the general manager in June2011. Due to project management problems, the project schedule was delayed.The main idea of the study is to analysis the project management problem on HY company’s anti-cross region sales project from three aspect:human resource management, schedule management and risk management, and then provide solution for the problem by using the theories and methods of project management. So that the HY company can build up the high efficiency team, reasonably arrange project schedule, reduce project risk in the future project planning and implementation, therefor to improve successful chance of project launch and improve project management skill as well.Finally, the part of countermeasures were implemented into the next stage of anti-cross region sales project, and the result was evaluated as well.The experiences from the study of anti-cross region sales project was deserved to be shared with the similar project of HY company and also deserved to be shared with other company which will implement anti-cross region sales project. |
