| The rapid development of Information and Technology brings opportunities and challenges to the enterprise. Enterprises are not satisfied with the purchasing, implementation, maintenance, and upgrade for accounting software while in the accounting informatization construction. Group companies need advices for accounting informatization construction plans which have to meet their strategic development, or the plans need to be tailored according to their own management processes. In order to save input costs, small and medium-sized enterprises may lease online software service platform. Other enterprises use their own accounting information for tax planning, financial advisory services and so on. In the accounting informatization services market, the demands vary from company to company, and with the development of information and mobile technology the demand is still increasing.The construction for accounting informatization is an important aspect of national development of information construction strategy; financial regulations are important means to safeguard the construction. It’s a shame that related regulations and ordinances didn’t keep pace with the times, no corresponding amendments were made, neither new rule have been worked out yet, especially on the field of accounting informatization service.This paper studies the financial regulations for the accounting informatization service market. First give a deep look into the current situation of enterprises’ accounting informatization construction, then considerate it with the new requirements and new features to analysis the demand in the accounting informatization services market. We defined two new concepts to summarize the different service providers in the market. At last, we proposed specific norms for the accounting information technology service providers, enterprise users, and the supervision of the financial departments at all levels, hope it would better promote accounting informatization services market in China. |
