A Case Analysis Of Accounting Informatization For ABC CO.,LTD.

As the high-speed development of network technology and evolution of economy, the business owners and managers are aware of the importance of informatization and start to apply all kinds of management information system in their businesses management. So is accounting informatization.This paper is based on accounting informatization related theory, and picked ABC company accounting informatization process as analysis object. The paper summarized some major problem in the company accounting informatization process, and made a thorough analysis regarding management reform demand and informatization influence in order to find the fundamental causes and to raise risk analysis. The paper analyzed the risks which lead by leakage in the management system such as "incompatibility position risk control, operator identity and access control, audit weakening risk, system maintenance risk control". The paper also analyzed some weakness in control system such as "poor system compatibility, low security data confidentiality, high system operating randomicity" and other control risks.By specific analysis, to strengthen the internal accounting informatization, the paper has raised suggestion on management system construction, management system reform, and company construction. The target is to help further implementation of company’s accounting informatization, and provide new direction for the company’s future reform.
