Research On The Mode Of Chinese Energy Industry Based On The Coordinated Development Of China’s3E System

Along with the economic development and environmental problems, there are a variety of contradictions in the development process of China’s3E system. Energy industries plays a crucial role in the energy-economy-environment (3E) system the energy, and development mode of energy industry occupies a very important position in the coordinated development of the system. This paper China’s energy industry development mode. Based on the angle of the3E system coordinated development, this paper analyzed the development mode of China’s energy industry. It supplied some reference value for the sustainable development of energy industry and the coordinated development of the whole3E systemThis paper analyzed China’s energy resources and energy supply situation, and then made a qualitative analysis of the the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in China’s energy industry with SWOT method in industrial economics. Based on the qualitative analysis, this paper made a quantitative analysis using GAHP method to determine the strategic portfolio China’s energy industry should take. In addition, this paper made development level index systems of energy, economic, and environmental systems, and evaluated the development level of the three systems with entropy weight and TOPSIS method,and then calculated the development speed of each subsystem and the3E system to obtain the coordination degree. The result shows that the3E system is basically coordinate, and the coordination degree of energy indurstry is under the that of the entire3E system. In the end of this paper,it put forward some proposal from the four aspects of industrial structure, technology innovation, international cooperation and industry control, based on the status quo of China’s energy industry and the3E system coordination degree.
