Open,free and share the Internet began to change the Chinese economy, politics and social life etc.Especially the rise of virtual society, the Internet users through the internet politicalparticipation awareness and ability to increase ceaselessly, the network of public opiniongradually highlights, in the network media platform, the majority of Internet users to publishopinions and suggestions, and exercise their democratic rights, virtual network public opinionsupervision is becoming a reality, and the result proves its powerful deterrent force. How todeal with the network supervision of government management under the new situation is amajor issue facing the.
