Design And Risk Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise Integrated Management Information System

Information is not only an important approach to enhance the core competitive capability of enterprises but also a reform of management. Information also is an important measure to improve the management level and innovation of management mode for Construction Enterprises.Basing on wildly literatures reading and enterprises investigation, Firstly, the paper analyze the importance of the Construction Enterprises in our country national economy, and analyze the main problems of the Construction Enterprises in development, pointing out the necessity of the Information construction. Then the paper investigates the object and principles of the Information construction through the analysis or the Construction Enterprises Information problems and countermeasures. Subsequently, the paper elaborates the development and operation of the Information Integrated Management System, including the system structure model selection analysis, Enterprise Business Process Analysis and Re-engineering, the system design and development, overall plan and so on. At the same time, the paper analyzes the works after the implementation of the Information Management System. Then the paper highlights on the investigation of the risk management of the Construction Enterprises Information Integrated Management System. We construct the Information Management System risk evaluating index system on base on the detail analysis of the risk factors, and then establish the Construction Enterprises Information Integrated Management System risk evaluating model using the AHP theory.Finally, we analyze the existing problems before implementation of the Information Management system through the Second Company of the China State Construction Engineering Bureau realized case, and the management effect of the Information Management System implementation. At the same we analyze the comprehensive capability of resisting risks through using the Construction Enterprises Information Integrated Management System risk evaluating model above mentioned.
