As material carriers of all human socio-economic activities of society, because of their scarcity and irreplaceable natural features in the use of structural sustainable development has become to topics at the forefront of academic research, but also a hot issue in the Administration’s policy formulation and adjustment.The paper is processing data from the nearly two land-use planning on Changsha county with latest3S technology,using a variety of mathematical analysis, combination of quantitative and quanlitative analysis,base on the land-use data and socio-economic development index on Changsha county from2001-2009,and studying the change of land-use from ChangSha county landuse present, date change,utilizationg degree,quantity structure,spatial layout in detail,and analysising internal mechanism and driving force factor.At the same time, the article provides optimization scheme and suggestiong for land-use base on advantage and restricting factorsThrough comprehensive study,It draws some conclusions:The first,from the data,the change of land-use is closely related to the socio-economic development and urbanization level, showing the characteristics on centralization and intensive.The second, analysis from the dynamic change of land-use in rencent year,the scale of construction land is sustainable growing,and the area of cultivated land,forest land is graduclly reducing.The third,on the driving force factors,human driving force including of socio-economic development is much more than nature driving force. Above all is to provide the reference for ChangSha land-use planing and land-use structure adjustment and optimization of layout in future.
