The problem of agriculture、village and farmer is a basic problem in China. Supply andmarketing co-op has worked on provide service to farmers、makes for better communicationbetween city and village、ensure demand and supply of market for years. Practice proves thatagriculture and village are base of supply and marketing co-op. Supply and marketing co-opis an important department that can develop the rural economy. But, as the development ofmarket economy, Supply and marketing co-op arises many problems, the status descend. Theinnovation of property relations and the development of grass root supply and marketingco-op has many problems, too. Supply and marketing co-op cannot play a vital role andbecome a marginalization department. The reason is, people do not know what is supply andmarketing co-op, the function of this department is unconspicuous. As the creation anddevelopment of socialist market economy, State Department made a dicision and the supplyand marketing co-op completely developed. Some historic problems and deep conflict arebecoming increasingly acute.This thesis take supply and marketing co-op of Jilin province for instance, use interiormagazine、report info、electrical literature and website, analyze foreign organization of supplymarketing co-op, recognize the development and problem of this area. Because I have hadover5years of experience in this area, and do a lot of work on this area, thru the research onmy own department, grasp many information about supply and marketing co-op, look at allaspects of the situation and analyze the features of supply and marketing co-op, point out theproblems, then aim at these problems, provide an effective solution. I also analyze theconnotation of modern supply and marketing co-op so that we know the main problem whenit translation to modern model. Help the agriculture rural areas and farmers developed in factwant to find a way to develop itself. Modern supply and marketing co-op will provide serviceto agriculture、rural areas and farmers(the service object contains agriculture、rural areas、farmers and consumer of town. The range of service will contains information、financing、circulating、training、instruct、marketing and so on). Embodiment the economy organizationof farmer cooperate, fit the demand of socialist market economy, embodiment the value ofcooperate, take part in impulse the development of village economy, embodiment the basicadvantage of farmers and associators, reflect the opinions of people to party and governmentin time, embodiment the “bridge” function, define the purport of supply and marketing co-opis provide service to agriculture、rural areas、farmers and provide service to the consumer oftown, bring forward the countermeasure when it translate to modern model.
