Under the double press of the global energy market serious competition and environmental requirements, global coal industries are suffering serious challenges and impacts. Therefore, in recent years, mining industries of countries seek measures and embarked on a large, scale, intensive development road. China has issued a series of laws, regulations and policy measures to encourage coal enterprise to break area, industry and ownership boundaries, implement the power-and-power union, annexation and reorganization. Accelerating the restructuring of the coal enterprise integration and making the energy industry stronger and larger, is not only the aim task of national development strategy, but also an inevitable requirement of the development of mining industry. Under this background, March21st,2011, Shan Dong Energy Group Co., Ltd was formally established in the integration of six group:Xin Wen Mining Group, Zao Zhuang mining group, Zibo mining group, Fei Cheng mining group, Lin Yi mining group, Long kou Mining Group.While the restructuring is not easy, many examples of corporate restructuring home and abroad have showed capital integrate easily but culture integration difficultly. Visible elements such as person, money and object integrate easily, but it is difficult to integrate invisible elements of ideas, values and management system. Under the control mode of group, culture integration is the key link to keep groups coordinated development, and also the strategy assurance of realization of corporate culture. Through the deep integration of culture, and culture innovation and recreation, the culture soft strength and core competence could be formed.This paper adopted literature analysis, questionnaire survey, field investigation and system analysis method. The author is a staff of the party and the masses department in Shan Dong Energy Group Co., Ltd. And the author made a scientific study and analysis on the culture integration of Shan Dong Energy Group Co., Ltd.Taking Shan Dong Energy Group Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper mainly studies the enterprise culture integration and establishment process in the process of large enterprise restructuring. Through realizing and exploring the original internal enterprise culture, and combined with external factors, this paper makes necessary transformation to unreasonable component.
