Therefore, the use of strategic management systems thinking analysis of the company’s external environment and internal conditions, combined with the characteristics of the logistics industry and the company’s own competitive advantage, scientifically formulate a competitive strategy for enterprise development to become the group’s top priority.SD Group, external opportunities facing the logistics industry are:to support the industry by the state industrial policy, China’s economy and our province’s economy steady and rapid development, the scale of strong overall demand, logistics enterprises in Shandong province, generally smaller, pro-business mergers, merger, scale, changes in consumer attitudes and social development, the rapid development of capital markets and other aspects; SD Group logistics threats are:industry concentration is low, competition, joining the WTO, the logistics service requirements become increasingly stringent, norms, rising oil prices, inflation is expected to increase, foreign competition in the domestic market continue to join the other aspects.SD group within the logistics industry has advantages:with a more complete infrastructure, special handling equipment and transport vehicles, complete with road transport, shipping and other sections; good government relations; financial condition, operation and management ability; company’s workforce has competitiveness; leading asset size, asset quality and asset management; capital markets and other aspects of the strong brand. SD group within the same time the disadvantages of the logistics industry mainly in the ownership of enterprises scattered, fragmented, there is no force outside the province weak public relations projects;-based management, such as group management and control systems, human resource management mechanism in the development of space remaining; application of information technology level is not very high and so on.This paper concludes by comparing the analysis:SD Group, the total cost of the logistics industry must take a leading competitive strategy to be able to reap excessive profits in the competition.
