Research On China’s Petroleum Equipment Manufacturers’ Sustainable Development

Equipment manufacturers are the equipment library of national economy, petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing industry is the equipment library of international petroleum economy as well, the industry can be the mainstay industry in oil even the whole energy industry. Thus, the sustained development of China’s petroleum equipment manufacturers concerned with the sustained development of our national petroleum industry. Because of the financial crisis, petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies fall into dilemma at one time, finding out a new sustained development way has been exploring by Chinese petroleum technology and equipment manufacturers for recent years.Firstly, the paper expounds the theory of company’s growing, phrased development, industrialization development and international model, also elaborates the foreign and domestic literature which introduces the development of manufacturing. According to the theory above, this paper makes elaborate analysis and statement from three aspects:the history and the main character about China’s petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies; the problems and countermeasures in the development; the advantages and the limitations of the petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies in Shandong. Then, by the means of case studying, with the analysis about the development history and advantages of Gaoyuan Petroleum Equipment Co., LTD., Shengli Oilfield, DongYing, Shandong, the thesis expounds several common problems which exist in petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies. Combined with those theory and development trends of domestic and foreign industry, this thesis puts forward several measures in the following ten aspects. These measures aim to promote sustained development of petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies. First, overcome pessimistic feelings to make full use of the chances provided by developing energy. Then, adjust strategic structure to change aims and directions. Adjust product structure to suit new needs in the background of the oil development. However, it is necessary to innovate technology, strengthen internal control and assign risk, adjust the operation of funds, positively construct the industrialization and intensification development of those companies to resist more risk. Open up domestic market and analyze energy alternatives are also important.The argument is based on relevance theory and practice, it has directive significance for China’s petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies which fall into dilemma to make changes as soon as possible, at last, find the way to sustained development.
