The competition of barrels water industry growing keen at present, and the market share are occupied by a few large companies, the financial base of which are large and the online shops of which are widely scattered. In view of this situation, LY company must improve its management ability and avoid the direct competition with large companies, striving to find the sticking point from the market, so as to enhance its own strength and survive in the market.LY company is a traditional drink manufactory, and it lack advanced operations managementand detailed production schedule. Owing to the lack of sufficient performance evaluation, its stuff members’enthusiasm is not high, which cause inefficiency in the work. Its output cannot meet the demands of the market and unpunctual delivery has led to a customer loss. The present management pattern of LY company is still based on the production but pay less attention to the market sales, which has resulted in losing money for years. In such a situation, firstly, LY company must change its management mode--that is market and customer oriented. Secondly, according to the present situation of the market, LY company must work out a new strategy which is conducive to its own development. On the one hand, Paper analysis from production operation management system, including the strategic level, the design level, operating level, while the use of the research method,about the combination of theory and practice, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and system analysis. Paper improved the existence problem, which need combined with the operation and management system theory. On the other hand, in order to keep in step with the times, LY company must raise its efficiency, and integrate its resources by IT technology. Through the refinement on its management mode, LY’s operation and managementcapacity will be improved. It will pay more attention to customers, and by the IT system, it can also minimize the cost and increase the profit. All of this will make LY company become more competitive and energetic in the market.This thesis may offer a reference for the following aspects:To meet the changing market condition, the traditional manufactories need advance their management principles, set new strategy, better their management mode, and improve their own problems by all kinds of scientific methods of analysis. Only in this way can they cope with the changing demands of the market and offer better services for their clients.
