Study On Optimization Of JCT Company’s Production Operation Management

This article take the optimization of JCT Company’s production operation management as study object, Mainly study on factory production processes design optimization and organizational structure change, make it suitable for the pursuit of just-in-time production needs, and in order to achieve just-in-time production, the optimization of production and operations management improvement they have done on production project management, standardization of operations, internal logistics and complete quality control etc.The article firstly basing on enterprise internal and external environment, make an analysis on the JCT company’s production and operation and management status as well existing problems, Secondly, to solve these problems, mainly by using of the TPS mode of production theory, and draws on the large-scale custom production, information management and logistics management etc related production technology as the theoretical basis, raise up specific ideas,methods, programs and improvements on JCT’S production operation management optimization.The fundamental purpose of the JCT’s production operation management optimization is to solve the problems when enterprise facing small but diverse quantity market needs.
