This thesis uses Qinyuan Group’s fund management as the researching object, analyzes the internal funds management situation proposes that constructing the funds management system play an important part in Group fund operation management internal control system after analysis of the existing problems.By monitoring and analysis the enterprise financial control procedures,complete and implement internal control system and measures, we find the better of the Group company resources, the stronger of the internal, and more efficient of management.Based on the fund management system of the Qinyuan Group,we build the core content in order to achieve the "institutionalization of management,system processes process standardization,standard information "as the goal.Therefore construction achievements of the internal control standard process of enterprise funds are full utilized to combing the business processes, research the monitoring rules,and make the process execution monitoring results into the system.In this case,process node is monitored and analyzed to observed whether missing or not, the dispose sequence normal and timely or not, the dispose regulation sufficient and legitimate or not. Meanwhile, health status operating efficiency and reasonable management of the process are realized.Above all it promote the business sector for rectification or ongoing optimize the processThe relationship between monetary and fund is rather complex in such a large-scale group enterprise organization.The core problem is how to focus on the use of the funds to achieve maximum efficiency based on the group management strategy.In this paper,due to the actual situation of the Qinyuan, the needs of the fund management as the precondition,the improvement of the fund benefit as the precursor,the chain of funds as the main line, and focus on the cross-business,cross-sector,cross-flow of the economic activities,we build an integrated system which is constituted by the comprehensive monitoring, operations analysis coordinated control of the fund management.
