Standard Cost Implementation Research On FP Cement Company

With the competition of cement industry, cost reduction is an outstanding problem of cement companies. This paper made a conclusion that current cost management of the company could not control the cost efficiently through analyzing on current cost management process. The cost management must be focused from afterwards management control to beforehand management control. The company needs to implement standard cost management to control the cost to solve the management problems of the company.This paper introduced the related standard cost theory, standard cost’s form and development. This paper established the principle method and process of the companies through analyzing on the current management situation and problems. The standard cost would be used into daily work in forecast, performance and cost control. This paper would try to find a way for cost control on the whole cost management process and find out the potential possibility of the cost reduction. At last, the company would find a way to use the standard cost management for cost management. This paper would find a new way for cost reduction of cement companies.
