Research On Improvement Of Management Information System Of SGT CO.LTD Based On The Theroy Of BPR

Trust, Banking, Securities and Insurance are four major pillars of the modern financial industry in the world. In China, Trust company with highly innovative products is the only financial institution that can get involved in the money market, capital market, and the industrial market, which can also provide customized financial products to customers. In recent years, the profits of trust industry and the scale of asset management have gained rapid growth. Trust company is gaining great prominence in financial services sector in China, and trust financial is also undergoing its best historical period. However, with the rapid expansion of the Trust scale, the Trust company’s backward management mode has seriously hampered the development of the industry. The risk control mechanism, IT service facilities and incentives does not yet meet the rapid development needs of the Trust company. The paper suggests that what the Trust company should do is to improve its management level and asset management capabilities through the application of informatization management, develop its unique products by pioneering and innovative, and open up new profit point to create a competitive advantage and anchor in the future competitive pattern.This thesis analyzed the situation and development of the Trust industry by applying related theory of economic principles and the BPR process management and also learned from the successful experience in the financial industry. This paper did the Case Study on the ground of the system construction of SGT Trust Company which highlighted the strategic significance of the trust company’s information construction and fully confirmed that the information construction should be on the base of process management. Finally, this thesis proposed a set of planning and design programs for the business management system of the Trust company.
