But the advantages of the mixed operation and Separate supervision are the disadvantages of the other side and our country is taking steps to go with this tide. Therefore, it is the imperative trend that the commercial bank developes investment business.With the arising of the financial disintermediation phenomenon, the direct financing capital market came into being. Viewing from the present financial condition and the future development of our country, it can make the great promoting function and owns the notable realistic meaning to standardize the requirements between the capital market and the monetary market, to satisfy the requirement of multi-service in financial market and to reinforce the competing strength of the commercial banks that the commercial banks expand to their investing banking business under the permitted government policy. Therefore, the scale of business management is under the limitation. It makes the clients unfamiliar with the investing banking business managed by the commercial banks and causes the situation that the commercial banks have a very small space to develop their investing banking business and their creativity is limited by it. Moreover, with the further opening of china’s gate towards the international markets, the policies of banking supervision are loosen up step by step, many foreign investing banks are planning to take vigorous actions to seize Chinese market and the domestic large negotiable securities companies hope to enlarge and strengthen their, original businesses-----Investing business to be greater and stronger. Facing the complex, competing and changing external situation, the commercial banks of our country must work out a scientific developing strategy to meet the challenge to expand our developing space and seize the opportunity in the future. Therefore, the G bank in Jiangxi province points out that the investing banking business plays an great role to promote the transformation of business development mode of our whole bank. Having been taking up the investing banking businesses for about four years, the author of this thesis combines the working experiences of herself to probe into the investing banking business of the G bank in Jiangxi province.
