Since 1980s, along with advance in technology and world economics globalization and financial integration advancement speeding up, the World Bank system is having the huge change. In intense international economy competition, the various countries for strives for initiative, implements "the financial liberalization" in abundance, mixed management has become a major trend in the world's financial sector development. Dividing management founder and leader - the United States also had to conform to the trend of development of international financial, passed "Financial Service Modernization Bill" in 1999, and returned to the path of the operation mode. In the current international development trends and under the minute industry management pattern, our country commercial bank about to face the competition of various countries financial service, collection bank, insurance, negotiable securities and so on. So, performing mixed management has become an inevitable road to China's financial sector.In this paper, we study the development of China's financial industry business model, Combining the special theory of assets, financial deepening theory and institution transition theory, we analysis the development of China's financial operation mode and the bases of the choice. By in-depth study of mixing business and industry risks prevalent, economies of scale, efficiency and financial regulatory issues ,summed up the applicability of the necessary elements of the financial business model; by in-depth study of the financial system from the changing realities of the United States, Britain, Japan, Germany and other countries financial business model for the evolution, summed up the Western developed financial business model and track the evolution of the development trend. By this analysis of the trends, we conclude the objective factors that promote and accelerate financial system toward the direction of mixed development. And point out the mixed management is the inevitable choice to meet the challenge of commercial banking operation mode.This paper also discuss the strategic steps of China's banking sector achieving their management and breaking the law and other matters, and point out the existing problems we should resolve. Through learning from the operation mode of historical experience and lessons on the banking system of Western countries, we discuss the direction of development and trends judicious choice of banking system, the improvement of the financial system, the reform of the financial system and the establishment of a mixed-suited to the conditions of China's financial industry development path.
