In the21st century, the development of science and technology changes with each new day, and the information technology revolution constantly deepens, the era of knowledge economy has quietly come. Knowledge has become a more and more important resource of enterprise, it’s truly important to have a lot of knowledge for an organization, but it’s more important to have the organizational learning capability. The existing knowledge may not be able to meet the needs of the organization’s future development, while having organizational learning capability can not only promote the update of the organization’s internal knowledge, but also make the organization quickly adapt to the changing environment. On the basis of this, the research on organization learning ability has caused more and more attention of scholars and business. But the organizational learning ability is not a simple superposition of single member’learning ability, because the organization members live in a very complicated environment, which will be influenced by social contexts interaction relations within organization and interpersonal network structure.How does the social network that formed in the process of members’interaction within organization affect organizational learning ability? To answer this question, we take a commercial bank as an example for empirical study. Firstly, according to the literature research, the paper constructs the theoretical model; Then collect the data by questionnaire, and draw the organizational internal network structure by the social network analysis software (UCINET6.0), and calculate the indicator related to the organizational internal network;On the basis of this, study the relationship between the organizational internal social network structure and organizational learning ability by using correlation and regression analysis;Finally, according to the conclusion, put forward some targeted and operable measures and suggestions to prove the organizational learning capability.
