But with the rapid development of the world economy, level of ascent in people’ life, the growth of the scrap automobiles and electronics has become a global problem troubled. Industrial solid waste and waste disposal and home appliance the comprehensive utilization of solid waste management, resource utilization of problems become the focus of attention in the enterprise and society.Hunan, as "Two-Model social" comprehensive reform experiment, around the theme of "resources conservation" and "environmental friendly", trying to explore the development mode,which both can use local characteristics and advantages for the national, therefore, this paper, from angle of the population, resources and environment economics, to analysis recycle the feasibility of waste resources, this article discusses project feasibility about recycling of scrap automobiles and electronics in WR company.
