Policy evaluation of the interaction and Fusion between regional equipmentmanufacturing industry and producer service industry is an important part of theprocess of industrial policy management. The thesis from the perspective of synergytheory, for a more comprehensive research from regional equipment manufacturingand producer services interactive integration of industrial policy. Firstly, the thesismummeries on the theory and methods of the interaction and fusion between regionalequipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry policy evaluationoverview. Secondly, with the basic theory of policy evaluation, analyses the policyevaluation elements of the interaction and fusion between regional equipmentmanufacturing industry and producer service industry systematically, clear theevaluation body, evaluate the purpose and content of the evaluation of the interactionand fusion between regional equipment manufacturing industry and prodcer serviceindustry.On this basis, this thesis to build a comprehensive index system of interactionand fusion between regional equipment manufacturing industry and producer serviceindustry policy evaluation, provide a reliable basis for empirical research. This thesiscompared with several existing policy evaluation methods, evaluation matrixdetermined by the question survey methods and statistical analysis methods, to laythe foundation for the comprehensive evaluation. Using AHP method to make theindex weight and consistency checking for comprehensive index system, estabishjudgment matrix, calculate the ralative weights of interaction and fusion betweenregional equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry policyindicators, obtain different degrees of importance weighting scheme, the evaluationresults reflect the entire policy evaluation system, and verify the usefulness of the base assessment index selection. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis research,this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions on improving the implementationand guarantee policy evaluation of interaction and fusion between regionalequipment manufacturing industries.
