Human resource is one of the core resources of enterprises, with the development of society and economy globalization, enterprise human resources stability to become enterprises in the fierce competition winning magic weapon, the high turnover rate not only affects the company reputation, colleagues also seriously hamper the company further healthy development, so how to according to the current status of human resources of enterprise internal and external environmental impact, make practical human resource strategy let employee in the company, employees on the reasonable flow of effective management, has become a place in the enterprise management an important topic before.This article is based on such a background of topic selection, analysis and discussion. Based on the current Benetton company human resources management present situation analysis, combining theory with practice research methods, grasp the Benetton company’s human resources and external environment condition, finally make the Benetton company turnover problems countermeasures.Firstly, the research purpose and significance are discussed, emphasizing on the importance and urgency, and from a theoretical perspective, focuses on the problem of employee turnover theories, namely:the theory of the labor market, the flow of human resources theory, human resource supply and demand theory, incentive theory, the development of human resources content, and relationship between the theories and staff turnover problems and Countermeasures.
