Research On The Management Of The Operational Risk Based On Online Supply Chain Finance

Online supply chain finance is a new field of corporate finance, which is based financial industry between the entities of the supply chain management industry and a new trend of supply chain finance through information technology and collaboration development, it is a integrated trading financial innovation products to meet the low-cost, high-efficiency, high efficiency, and intensive business objectives. For online supply chain finance, credit risk gradually is converted to operational risk, whether operational risk management is effective or not is directly related to operational status and future development of the online supply chain finance. So this research on operational risk management of online supply chain financial has a very important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, online supply chain finance areas was defined, online supply chain financial collaborative architecture and the industry value chain were analyzed; online supply chain finance was divided into three modes of receivable type and inventory type and prepaid type, then trading linkage characteristics of online supply chain finance were analyzed, and trading linkage models for three typical models were constructed based on e-commerce transactions, online finance transactions, online payment transactions and online logistics trading; the operational risk was identified from the view of the transaction linkage, operational risk classification and identification catalog was built; an operational risk critical evaluation index system and a real-time online supply chain finance operational risk assessment model were established, which is based on the four major trading stage; internal operational risk control program included risk monitoring and risk prevention and the risk loss of control was created; finally the automotive supply chain finance cases of CITIC Bank Wuhan Branch were analyzed, the deficiencies in its existing financing model and the risk of defects, the corresponding risk control recommendations were given.The innovation of this paper:(1) built transactions linkage model of online supply chain finance, analyzed online supply chain models from trading linkage angle, laid the foundation for the online supply chain finance operational risk identification assessment.(2) built a critical evaluation index system and evaluation model of online supply chain finance operational risk. With IT means of risk data collection, real-time conducted risk assessment by using evaluation and assessment model for each transaction phase of online supply chain finance, to make timely operational risk management decisions.(3) designed the online supply chain finance operational risk control strategy. To real-time assessment of risk status, used risk monitoring and management system for the emergency management of operational risk.
