The Internationalisation Of The Renminbi To The Influence Of The China Banking Research

As the reform and opening policy goes further. China has participated in more and more economic interactions with different countries, which has consequently brought dramatic growth on total domestic economy and foreign trade size. However, at present, China is still excluded from a world-wide economical superpower since the comprehensive strength of finance is still remained at a medium level. The essential growth for a country requires the power to make decisions and establish regulations in international economical affairs, which is devoted by the fact that RMB has developed as one of the international current which shares the same status with U.S dollar, Euro and Japanese yen as a significant member in international currency system.It is a complex and gradual process in globalization of Chinese RMB since the key factor is determined by the back up policy from the government and the essence point is still sorted in the field of currency finance, which will definitely impact Chinese banking industry. The globalization of RMB will have a mutual impact with Chinese banking industry. This impact is not only limited in macro level but also in micro level, since the globalization and expansion of Chinese banking industry is promoted, the competition amount different units in the same system brings increase of risks in operations and administration, conversely promoted the scopes of business and sources of income. Besides, the development of Chinese banking industry pushed a positive force on the globalization of Chinese RMB. It has been proposed to strengthen the construction of organization and supervision, to perfect the internal risk administrative capability, and to promote suggestions to reform and opening globalization of domestic banks in this paper.This paper applied theories to practical, by adopting comparison, deduction, induction and determination analysis on the theme idea. The framework is summarized as follows:firstly, analyze the current situation of the globalization of RMB and the development of Chinese banking industry:secondly, analyze the currency undertaking international tasks and the impact to the trend of growth on banking industry; thirdly, analyze the impact in accordance with the3principles in commercial banks" management:risky, flowing and profitable:finally come up with the suggestions of the policy, promote the optimum interactions between the globalization and the banking industry in China.
