| Since reform and opening, especially joining the WTO, China’s domestic economyand foreign trade developed rapidly. As foreign anti-dumping concern goals, somecountries and regions have on the country filed anti-dumping investigations and litigations.According to WTO statistics, China totally suffered853anti-dumping investigations since1995to2011, and become the most anti-dumping investigations of the country in theworld. At the same time, India is not only the largest anti-dumping on China than the othercountry, but also the largest anti-dumping cases in the world. India has a long history andlarge population, in recent years its economy has been a rapid development. These featuresmake it and China have many similarities. However, our neighbor’s friends, this has manysimilarities with, frequent anti-dumping investigation on China and the implementation ofanti-dumping measures, damage to the normal development of China’s export trade. And inrecent years, whether the number of filing on or the amount of value involved, Theinvestigation of anti-dumping has reached a historic peak. Therefore, in order to effectivelysafeguard China’s export trade, there are important theoretical and practical significance onthe analysis of the India’s anti-dumping problem.Under the basic situation of India’s anti-dumping on china, firstly, this article analyzesthe characteristics of the Indian anti-dumping from involving industries, involving valuesand cases of anti-dumping investigation. Secondly, from the views of internationaleconomic、domestic background、china’s own problems, we discuss the deeply reasons ofwhy India’s anti-dumping on china so strong and large. Thirdly, through the relationship ofthe macro influence factors and the number of anti-dumping investigation, we found thosevariables exists a cointegrating relationship. Finally, give some advises to the government,Industry association and company for reference to response the India’s anti-dumping. |
