The mainly research object is ZY Co., Ltd. in this paper, which should be taken inthe current stage of the strategic way research and argumentation. ZY company wasestablished in2001, it is a high and new technology enterprise, in non-standardequipment manufacturing focus on auto manufacturing fields need robots, robotworkstation, assembly line, AGV and industrial control software development andapplication. The products of the company are all independent research anddevelopment, with independent intellectual property rights.With the company scale continues to expand, monomer order amount increaseexponentially, ZY company has grown up medium scale the enterprise from a smallhigh-tech enterprise, the original organization structure, resource allocation andmanagement methods, production capacity, human reserve showed don’t adapt to thesituation. Because of the company are in industry product features a unique,innovation and change is normal surroundings around ZY company. Therefore, in thecompany growth and development process, although appeared various restricted, toensure the realization of the final goal, a long time basic is in keeping adjustment andbalance state.Based on the present situation of ZY business research, the first chapter brieflyintroduces the development of ZY company and dig out the existing four mainproblems of ZY: strategic fuzzy; Product competitiveness is not strong; The mainincome slow growth; The restriction of cost of capital and so on several aspects. Thesecond chapter through the equipment manufacturing industry segmentation analysis,the ZY company’s product positioning, and with ZY company independent researchand development of AGV products as an example, analyzes the main industryenterprise market competition status, draw ZY company AGV products in automobileindustry of the big project not dominant position, show the products of the company’scompetitive advantage and development direction. At the same time, based on theanalysis of the ZY company product competitiveness, more profound show cost in thecompetition, and the important position in the process of operation each link to theproduct cost impact. The third chapter using value chain theory of ZY internal eachoperation link value activities to carry on the analysis, in the fourth chapter thatimplementation of the low cost strategy is the development of the company with ZY keep competitive advantage strategy appropriate conclusion, at the same timeaccording to the ZY company high-tech product characteristic, proposed should adoptinnovative low cost strategy, in the strategy implementation process to avoid the costof sacrifice quality at a low price blindly. To the company product developmentdirection, procurement strategy, production strategy, financial strategy and othermajor business link was carried on the concrete strategy design. The fifth chapteremphasized should strengthen human resources reserve and motivation, informationsystem construction, marketing strategy improvement and enterprise cultureconstruction four key points, the implementation of the strategy for the low cost toescort.
