Improvment For Quality Management Of SANY’S Boom-type Roadheader

Quality control is a very important part in enterprise management, so in view ofthe above-mentioned fact, this thesis is prepared with the purpose of putting forwardimprovement measures against existing problems by means of analysis andarrangement accordingly. Such may help to provide SANY with feasible solutions infurther improvement of product quality and customer satisfactions, moreover, withreference for other coal machine enterprises in aspect of quality control, qualityimprovement and establishment of quality management system.This thesis consists of five chapters in all. Chapter1explained the purpose,achievements, significance and main contents of this research based on the topicbackground. Chapter2focused on the present roadheader quality requirements in coalmining enterprises, SANY’s quality policies and the significance of quality control. Inchapter3, SANY’s situation on quality management was described firstly, includingsuch key points as current situation of quality index control, R&D quality,manufacturing quality, purchasing quality, inspection quality and qualityimprovement system. Next SANY’s achievements in roadheader quality control wasintroduced, so as to some existing problems was detailed. Finally, problems existingin roadheader quality control were classified and analyzed, as a result, into fiveaspects to be improved. In chapter4, solutions against the practical problems inSANY’s quality control system were proposed based on some successful experiencesin other industries, which will also work in solving SANY’s present problems aftercompared the characteristics of this solution with SANY’s problems. Chapter5wasdivided into two parts. The1stpart introduced SANY’s actual situation in aspect ofcustomer satisfaction index, and also its trend to be expected; while the2ndpartemphasized that the product quality had been obviously perfected after suchimprovement and the quality indicator presented a downtrend. In conclusion, this thesis aims to propose appropriate measures in SANYRoadheader’s quality control after series of analysis and discussion, such assumming-up of practical problems in quality control, existing problems at each link,comparison of some means and experiences, etc. In terms of such analysis,improvement on SANY’s roadheader quality control system was seen obviously, andalso such may work as a good reference for quality control in other coal miningmachines.
