The Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Finance System In The Context Of New Rural Construction

Since reform and opening, Chinese rural financial reform which takes the institutional reform as the main content could not completely solve the problems of rural finance. In recent years, rural financial theory and practice show that we should build inclusive rural financial system from the view of how to play the role of rural financial functions. Because of the weak nature of the rural economy itself, building inclusive rural financial system need to build the system of rural financial policy support system. Based on the review of success or failure of rural financial reform, this paper explored the problem of how to build inclusive rural financial policy support system in China, combining with the successful experience of some foreign countries.Based on the rural financial development, the author analyzed the construction of new rural area’s requirements on the development of rural finance, and made a generalization on the status quo of the rural financial development in china and the existing problems in it. Made a thorough analysis and illustration on the constraints of rural financial system, an empirical analysis of the relationship between the rural finance and the rural economic development, and put forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures according to improve the rural financial system.Improve the rural financial system is a systematic project, not only need various financial institutions to play to their strengths, but also need the support of governments at all levels from policy, legal, and also required the construction of rural social credit environment.
